This is something that I am Working on, that is part of my university Dissertation, the idea is to use Photography and specialist software to make a 3D model, the process in question can be referred to as Photogrammetry. In this I have been experimenting with a Mercedes Sprinter Van and making a 3D model of the real world counterpart. This was achieved using 19 photos and an Autodesk piece of software.
